Yes. Our THCa hemp products are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary, so please confirm the rules where you live before ordering.

Will THCa show up on a drug test?

Very likely yes. When THCa is heated it converts to Delta-9 THC, and standard drug tests screen for THC metabolites. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend you do not use these products.
